Party Policies

Rates include delivery, setup, and attendants with equipment.

Possible additional delivery charge outside of Dade County.
The customer is responsible for providing any electricity or water necessary to operate the rides unless a request is made for a generator which may be provided for an additional fee.
A deposit is required with all orders. Any cancellations prior to the event will result in a forfeiture of deposit, the remaining balance is due upon arrival of the party. When the party trucks are in route the full amount is due. All deposits are non-refundable.
According to new state regulations any mechanical ride operating in a public event is subject to inspection and inspection fees. Customer is responsible for these fees.

Rain Policy – All Cancellations must be made at least 2 - 4 hours prior to the starting time, depending on location and items rented. At your option the non-refundable deposit may be credited towards rescheduling once within the next two months. Once we are en route to your party, the full amount is owed.
